Griffith staff will now be able to insert files from their Google Drive directly into a new email message without leaving Gmail.

The Google Drive logo has been added to the bottom toolbar of the new pop-up email window.

Unlike traditional attachments, this tool will allow users to:

  • Send files up to 10GB in size
  • Restrict or revoke access after sending
  • View all changes that are being made to a document as they happen

For more information on this handy new addition to Gmail, visit Griffith’sΒ Google Apps Support website.
