Video Conferencing – so much easier in 2013!

  • Have you signed up for video conferencing training yet?

2013 is well under way and upgrades to video conference rooms across all five campuses are rolling out fast.  With more rooms to be completed early in 2013, collaboration with colleagues will be easier than ever.

Why will it be easier?

  • You will have standardised systems. The upgraded systems will look similar and operate in the same way from campus to campus
  • You will have more rooms. More video conference rooms will be available on each campus so difficulty finding room availability will be alleviated
  • You will have access to training. Training is being provided to all users across five campuses
  • You will experience adhoc video conferencing. With the training provided you know longer require AV support to video conference between campuses
  • You will find support documents. How-to guides and training videos are available in room and on the portal

Where are the rooms located and what can I do in the rooms?
