INS graduates with GUMURRII after another big yearPosted: November 22, 2013
INS was represented at the graduation of GUMURRIIs fourth intake of the Hands UP! Family Tree Project on North Stradbroke Island last weekend.
GUMURRII and INS have had a close affiliation for some time, and Glenn Sullivan, Robert Snow and Greg Broe were on hand to witness the end result of what has been another rewarding year collaborating with Griffith’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island (ATSI) student support unit.
The Client Technology Services team at Nathan have contributed to GUMURRIIs programs and services through the installation of 300 computers that are used in services and programs offered to students and members of the ATSI community.
Over 30 people graduated from this year’s intake of Hands Up!, with various INS teams contributing at different stages throughout 2013.
The results from the partnership with GUMURRII underline INS’ ongoing commitment to supporting teaching outcomes at Griffith in what has been another productive and inspiring year.
