Information Services is now offering free antivirus software to all Griffith students.
All Griffith students are now licensed to install Symantec Endpoint Protection on their own devices for free. The popular antivirus software is also available for staff to install on their home computers free of charge.
Symantec Endpoint Protection is an industry leading Antivirus and Security solution for desktop devices. It is compatible with all Windows and Mac desktop devices up to and including Windows 8.1 and Mac OSx 10.9 (Mavericks) and will also support most Linux operating systems. It is available for staff and students to download from the Software Service webpage.
Popular statistics software, SPSS, will soon be made available to students for use on their own devices for only $22 annually. Keep your eyes peeled for more information about this great deal in the coming month.
INS also offers a range of free software to staff for use on privately owned computers including EndNote, SPSS, SAS and Echo360 Personal Capture. A range of other software is also offered at a discounted price to Griffith staff.
