Griffith staff – complete our 12 minute survey for your chance to win!

We invite you to complete a survey as part of the INS Library Computing Communications Review 2014 project. You will be asked some questions about Griffith University’s Library and Computing promotions.  Once you complete the survey you can enter the draw to win one of ten $50 Coles Group and Myer Gift Vouchers. We are running this survey on behalf of INS, who will use the results to improve their communications with you.

We know you are busy, so have designed the survey to take only 12 minutes.  If you would like to assist, please follow the link to an online survey:

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary.  Please be assured that no identifying information is asked (for example your name).  You will remain anonymous and your responses can’t be linked to you individually.  For further information, consult the University’s Privacy Plan at or telephone (07) 3735 4375.

You can withdraw from the survey at any time, without consequences, until submitted by simply pressing CANCEL.  Once you press SUBMIT you will not be able to withdraw as no data is linked to specific individuals and is therefore unidentifiable.  Submission of your survey will be taken as consent to participate in this research.
